Vice President
Runs point on everything already in motion, so projects land instead of drifting. Works next to the president on direction, and next to every officer on the week.

Secretary
Keeps the record straight: what was decided, who is doing it, when it is due. If something would have slipped between meetings, it did not.

Treasurer
Holds the club's money and signs off on how it moves. Dues in, project costs out, and a clear answer any time someone asks what is left.

Watches the books closely enough that nobody else has to. Every dollar the club has is pointed at student projects, and she can show you where it went.
